Case files: rebuilding business websites
Case file: recovering the web presence of Salo Insulation
Think of this as a recovery report for a Florida spray foam insulation company, written by the team that recovers data for Computer Outlet customers.
It documents the starting point found in the archive and the information Salo Insulation now presents through a bilingual local-service site for spray foam insulation and insulation removal.
Recovered snapshot: saloinsulation.com before the rebuild
Our archive search for saloinsulation.com recovered nothing, so this case file shows only the current Salo Insulation site and does not assume what came before.
Restored and rebuilt: Salo Insulation today
What the client has now is a bilingual local-service site for spray foam insulation and insulation removal.
The first line a visitor reads on the rebuilt Salo Insulation homepage is “Florida Spray Foam Insulation & Insulation Removal”.
Its menu organizes the recovered information under Services, Locations, Gallery, Blog, About.
What data recovery and the Salo Insulation rebuild have in common
Both jobs start by finding what still exists, and for Salo Insulation that meant checking the archive first.
