Case files: rebuilding business websites
Case file: recovering the web presence of Safe Senior Guide
Think of this as a recovery report for an educational senior-safety resource, written by the team that recovers data for Computer Outlet customers.
It documents the starting point found in the archive and the information Safe Senior Guide now presents through guides that help seniors recognize phone scams, text fraud and online identity theft.
Recovered snapshot: safeseniorguide.com before the rebuild
Our archive search for safeseniorguide.com recovered nothing, so this case file shows only the current Safe Senior Guide site and does not assume what came before.
Restored and rebuilt: Safe Senior Guide today
What the client has now is guides that help seniors recognize phone scams, text fraud and online identity theft.
The current Safe Senior Guide homepage is captured in the screenshot below.
What data recovery and the Safe Senior Guide rebuild have in common
Both jobs start by finding what still exists, and for Safe Senior Guide that meant checking the archive first.
